Elie and Ariana met six years ago through mutual friends. That first meeting didn’t stick, but thankfully their paths crossed again in December 2015. At first, Ariana played hard to get saying her career in gastroenterology was her focus, but Elie, a Behavioral Scientist was no stranger to hard work and his diligence paid off when he finally got a date with his dream girl. Their love story quickly blossomed into dates almost every night and a wedding quickly crept into the horizon. As a little girl Ariana had made her parents promise that she could get married at Rosecliff Mansion, so right from the start, the venue was a set. Elie knew the venue was a big deal to his then-girlfriend, so before he popped the question, he called the venue to book a date and got the mother-of-the-bride’s permission. Talk about a prepared groom! He proposed on Cliffwalk behind Rosecliff mansion, with their future venue just a few feet away. HOW ROMANTIC!
On June 18th, (18 is the couples lucky number), Ariana walked down the aisle at Elie’s family church Our Lady of the Cedars of Lebanon as a vision in pink in a stunning Allure blush gown. The couple arrived at the reception venue in a vintage 1948 Rolls Royce, setting the tone for their grand affair. Playing into the mansion’s design, the wedding decor was ivory, blush, and gold with pearl. The couples 5-tier cake with 3 flavors was a true piece of art. The dessert bar added a tasty treat to guest’s evening and was the perfect display of their Rosecliff Cookies favors. Jaclyn Lombardo Photography captured all the beauty and we just know, you’re going to love it as much as we do! Congrats to Ariana and Elie.
