Kayla and Steve's Red and Gold Wedding The Atlantic Resort

Kayla and Steve’s Red and Gold Wedding The Atlantic Resort

After a first meeting while in their college years at Bentley University, Kayla and Steve happened to meet up in years later when they both lived in NYC. All it took was one date for the couple to “go steady”. Their relationship eventually blossomed into an engagement and they started planning their Newport Wedding. The couple loved the City by the Sea’s convenient location and sea side charm. Plus, as they later found out, the bride’s grandparents met in Newport at the Hotel Viking at a Greek dance. Continuing on the family history, the couple choose Hotel Viking as their getting ready spot and captured some truly beautiful first look photos captured by Molly Anne Photography. Carrying on the festive fell that comes into Newport with the fall breezes, the couple choose rich reds and golds to decorate their wedding weekend. Continue reading

Courtney and Jeff’s Castle Hill Inn Wedding

A light breeze was coming off the ocean and the sky was a deep blue. It was the perfect day for an oceanside wedding! Now add a beautiful couple like Courtney and Jeff and the Castle Hill Inn and all were speechless with the gorgeous sites of the day. Courtney and Jeff are so obviously in love. They incorporated many special and personal touches into their wedding day like small pieces such as Courtney wearing the same headpiece that her mother wore on her wedding day, as well as big things like having Thorr, the Athletic Director at University of Rhode Island officiate their ceremony. Plus, they surprised guests by having “Rhody” the URI mascot showed up at the end of the night to hit the dance floor! Photographer Tricia McCormack Photography captured the whole thing!

Dog Watcher Service For Your Wedding on The Newport Bride

Ever wondered what to do with your pet during the wedding? We have the answer.

The service included grooming the pets, bringing then to the ceremony or reception  and taking them away for a fun filled mini-vacation after the event so the couple was free to focus on their human guests.
