Missy and Grady - A Glen Manor House Wedding

Not many love stories start in 6th grade. Most of us don’t find our soul mate among the freckle faced tweens. Missy and Grady did. The couple dated on and off and till 2011 when they realized this was more than casual, it was love. In 2014, on the docks of the Palm Beach Marina Grady got down on one knee and asked Missy to be his wife. She said yes!

As the couple planned their perfect day, they came upon the perfect European inspired venue, Glen Manor House in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Perfectly situated on a great piece of land right on the banks of the Sakonnet River (the water in-between the Island of Rhode Island and the mainland) it has everything a bride could want. The house is looks like something out of a European fairy tale. The marble floors, tall windows, and graceful balconies are just asking for pictures. The grounds are perfectly kept with sweeping views of the water and a manicured garden area on the side that’s perfect for a ceremony.

Rhode Island is home to some gorgeous water-front venues. Glen Manor is definitely on the top of the list. This picture perfect venue was certainly perfect for Missy and Grady. Their pictures are to-die-for.
