Danielle and Omer met over a decade ago as students at The George Washington University. While Danielle may not have realized it at the time, Omer always had a hunch that somehow their paths would cross and fate would bring them together. The next 10 years brought many highs and lows, but there was always something special that drew them back to each other. While it took a bit longer than he would have liked, Omer and Danielle finally ended up realizing their true feelings for each other in the Fall of 2013.

We’re all about fall. Sweater weather, PSL in hand, and of course, pumpkins everywhere. While the bright foliage of fall is gorgeous to look at, it might not be your choice when it comes to wedding colors. But neutrals go with everything so turn that bright pumpkin down a few shades and you’re good to go! We love when couples take their seasonal favorites and change the color, especially when they make them gold! In honor of fall, here’s a few of our favorite ways to use gold and cream in your pumpkin wedding decor.
Some themes have a certain seasonal feel to them. A outdoor cookout seems to be something meant for summer, at least for those of us based in the north. Art Deco is one of those themes that works in every season. Sun, rain, shine or snow glitz and glam is always appropriate. Being a popular theme for the last few years, there are plenty of invitations to choose from! Here are just a few of our favorites.
Maria, a sailing instructor at the Great Harbor Yacht Club, and Andrew, the captain of Spartan a Herreshoff NY50, were enjoying a beautiful summer in Nantucket when they first caught a glimpse of each other. One sunny day Maria asked her boss at the Great Harbor Yacht Club in Nantucket who the cute guy was who was always walking around the docks and lawn of the club. Her boss dramatically replied, “Ohh, Andrew?! He has a huge crush on you!!” Thanks to the helpful interference of friends and co-workers, Andrew got Maria’s number and called her A.S.A.P. to ask for a date a few nights later. On July 21, 2011 at Slip 14, Maria and Andrew had their first date. <3
