When an attorney meets and engineer (and former wedding photographer) in New York City and they eventually get engaged, their love of sailing and travel brings them to Newport Rhode Island for their fall wedding.  All Ashley and Brian wanted was a gorgeous Newport sunset and it looked like they wouldn’t get it on their blustery cold and cloudy October wedding day, until moments before sunset and the skies opened up and were colored in pink. This perfectly fall styled shoot took place on a bed of perfectly colored fall leaves from a 100-year-old Copper Beach Tree on the grounds of Green Animals Topiary Gardens in Portsmouth, RI.  The inspiration was the concept of embracing juxtaposition.  Fruit and florals, soft and edgy, romantic and boho.  The handcrafted farm table from Newport Tent is a unique take on the farm table with uniquely sculpted table legs.  G L A S S Event Planning paired the sturdy table with clear acrylic chairs from PEAK event services, playing off the juxtaposition of the classic wooden farm table and modern dining chairs.  The chairs also disappeared in a way allowing the table design to be the true focal.
