Fulfilling Samantha’s life long dream of a romantic walk on the Brooklyn Bridge, Eric proposed after 2 years of dating in a magical surprise atop one of America’s most recognizable structures. A fellow tourist got the honors of capturing the proposal with a few memorable snapshots.
Samantha and Eric wet with a “classic chic” wedding theme that was brought to life with a palette a blush and lavender. True to Newport’s ultimate theme of classic nautical decor, the couple subtly integrated anchors into their decor. Their incredible chuppah was a one-one-a-kind piece created by Flowers by Semia. During their ceremony, they did a modified sand ceremony using colored glass that was later blown into a sculpture by a local glass artist. What a thoughtful detail!
Even on their way out, guests were reminded of the couple’s thoughtfulness. As a parting gift, each guest was handed a tiny satchel with 5 jordan almonds representing health, wealth, happiness, children, and a long life.
